My name is Wendy Carlson and I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Energy Healer. My path to energy work began, like so many people, through the pain and frustration of an undiagnosable condition. The chronic pain was debilitating and not having answers made it worse.
I began seeing a Holistic Practitioner out of a combination of frustration, desperation and fear of potential side effects of the medications I was being prescribed. That decision did more than heal my body. It sparked my soul and started me down the path to becoming an energy healer and educator.
I am committed to educating people about the benefits of a daily spiritual practice that includes yoga, mantra, meditation, and chakra balancing. I work with clients to release blocked energy and reap the benefits of mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical health. An individual shamanic energy healing session will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with new insight.
Many clients describe their sessions as feeling a bit like a Shamanic Journey, others simply find it to be incredibly relaxing and renewing. As a teacher I support and encourage all my students to consider energy work as an integral part of their wellness plan, much like their monthly massage. I enjoy sharing with people the multitude of simple ways they can strengthen their bodies, minds, spirit.
